Daily Workout results

I have to keep a little accountability with myself. One way to do that is to put it out there where I have to look at it. So be my guest and enjoy how I beat, mangle, push, prod myself in my quest to lose weight and get in shape.

150 Calories (at least thats what the treadmill read out said)
18.8 carbs (again according to the treadmill)
Incline of 5%
Speed 3.4


I'm going to slowly work my way up to walking 1 hour daily. Of course I'm doing baby steps so that I don't burn out quickly.
